Note-- The difference between a Custom and Reference depends on whether or not this character already exists or if the character is merely a concept.
A Complete redesign of a character (New colors, patterns, looks, etc.) would fall under "Custom"; whereas a character with very minimal changes (maybe a stripe or two, or a different tail, for example) can still fall under "Reference". While their finished layouts might look similar, the process to create these pieces are dramatically different!
